Journeys

a program for children & families

About Journeys

Journeys is a free, voluntary program focused on helping individuals build a healthy family. The program serves as a referral hub, linking families to healthcare, substance use and mental health treatment, assistance programs, education, needed baby items and more.

If you are pregnant or a caregiver of a child under the age of 18 and taking prescribed medications, substances, or alcohol, help is available. Journeys is your partner on your family’s path to health and recovery.
